Negative beliefs
Here you will find background information on cognitions/beliefs. In the following, we use the following terms synonymously: beliefs, cognitions, convictions and schemas.
Everyone experiences trauma, basic conflicts and other psychological injuries in early childhood, between birth and 4 years of age. In addition to repressed emotions (e.g. fears), a large number of (irrational) negative beliefs also arise (e.g. I’m not good enough, I can’t do anything): I’m not good enough, I can’t do anything, I lack something, I’m worthless). From this age onwards, we live with these destructive beliefs, usually without realizing it. This is because we are also unconscious of them and so they are excluded from our experience. Nevertheless, these negative beliefs guide and shape us and our thoughts, feelings and actions far more than we generally imagine.
However, as we have grown up with them and their respective effects, they have become “normal” for us and are hardly recognizable to us. Unless such a negative cognition or the effects become so severe that it is obvious what lies behind it.
Dissolving limiting beliefs
But everything we believe can also be let go of. And thoroughly. This is what we offer in our Changing Beliefs app. The app works without confrontation and without a journey into the past. And as said, it resolves thoroughly. Because the secret is that for a thorough resolution, not only do the negative beliefs have to be let go of, but the physical load also has to be dissolved! Because it is precisely this tension/stress that is strongly charged in the disturbing beliefs. This is the special thing about the app, because normally only beliefs are treated on a cognitive level.

Yes, dissolving it thoroughly takes a little more time, but you will no longer be bothered or burdened by it or its effects and you will feel much better and calmer as a great deal of tension is dissolved.
Furthermore, negative beliefs are dissolved by the app, without subsequent affirmations (repetitions)! This means that once the session has been completed, you do not need to repeat it. Completed means completed.

Suspecting a negative belief?
If you already have a suspicion or even knowledge about which negative belief is burdening you, then you can check this now with the free fear test. Cognition test/belief test
If, despite your expectations, you do not seem to have your belief within you, try a slight variation. The psyche usually uses very abstract versions, very general formulations, instead of: “I’m not allowed to do anything again” – try: “I’m not allowed to do anything”. Short and sweet is preferred. Instead of “I have severe problems with letting go”, try “I can’t let go”.
So start by thoroughly dissolving these negative beliefs from your childhood.
Positive beliefs
Question: Isn’t it enough if I don’t simply anchor positive beliefs?
Answer: No, it is important to dissolve the limiting beliefs. After all, they cause the problems. If you have a skin wound, you don’t leave everything and just decorate the wound nicely. The pathogenic, destructive, negative causes must be healed. To do this, these dysfunctional beliefs must be dissolved. The burden of these alone is so strong and will give you immense relief and peace of mind when they are dissolved. In addition, the negative beliefs are far more powerful (more charged, more stressful) than the positive beliefs. These negative cognitions originate from significant, traumatic/overstraining situations in early childhood and are therefore extremely highly charged. If you simply install positive cognitions without dissolving the negative beliefs, the latter will still have an effect – and a stronger one. So in order to free yourself from them, you have to dissolve the dysfunctional beliefs. Once you do this, the positive beliefs no longer play a role. Below you will find typical negative beliefs. The easiest way to find positive beliefs is to turn the negative belief into a positive one. Example “I am not good enough” – “I am good enough”
