Online Fear Test

The fast and effective test to check repressed emotions.

Cause treatment instead of symptom treatment!

A hearty welcome!

Here you can focus on specific anxieties (e.g. fear of dying, fear of betrayal, fear of rejection, fear of being alone) and cognitions (beliefs, e.g. “I must not allow proximity”). You can also test yourself for suppressed (unconscious), specific fears and cognitions. To start the test, click on the blue logo on the right.

To start press the blue circle on the right.

Good luck!

Further possibilities

Since strong fears are almost always suppressed, they are unconsciously excluded from our world of experience. That means we do not know which ones are within us. There are different ways to find out. One way of discovering your unconscious fears is from the following short list of “classics”, which consists of common fears that most people may have within (suppressed). “Randomly” choose one from the list or select the one you intuitively look at first and check it in the test.

Want to bet that the first five fears that you (spontaneous) read, you will have within you?

If you have found them in the fear test, you can easily resolve them with our Fear-Dissolve-app. The links to the app can be found on this page under the examples.

For more suggestions, you will find the world’s largest collection of fears in the app.

“Fear can always be found within you. You just have to look deep enough.” André Malraux, French writer, screenwriter, film director, adventurer and politician.
