Dissolveblockages
Background information and an extremely
effective approach to dissolving blockages.
Treating causes instead of symptoms!
Inner blockages prevent us from doing what we would actually like to do. They are like a wall or a fence, like a hurdle, and stand between us and the goal we want to achieve. Perhaps we can already see the goal, we have it in front of our eyes, but the path to it seems insurmountable.
A mental block therefore keeps us stuck in our current state. We inevitably remain there until the blockage is overcome. Only when we recognize what exactly the blockage is can it be resolved.
What makes blockages so insurmountable or makes them seem insurmountable is that they are nourished by fear. We may be more or less aware of this fear. But we can get to the bottom of the fear. There are usually ostensibly other motives, circumstances and arguments as to why we don’t do this or that or why we put it off forever. We don’t even realize that we have things in our own hands and are already subconsciously directing them – unfortunately to our detriment if we are blocked internally. It seems to be external influences that are beyond our control that prevent us from taking action. However, if the blockage is not so deeply rooted in our unconscious, we are at least aware of our fear (or whatever feeling is holding us back). But even behind this feeling, there may be a deeper problem.
Inner blockages are triggered by split-off parts of the ego. These can be various feelings – for example, fear usually plays a major role – to which we then no longer have access because we have suppressed them in favor of a positive self-image. A blockade has been created that helps us to protect our self-esteem by avoiding certain experiences that would otherwise give rise to emotions that we no longer perceive as belonging to us due to our aversion to them (possibly for a long time). As self-esteem is formed in childhood and our self-image is created through interaction with the outside world, emotional blockages already have their origins there.
Mental blocks always contain negative, critical thoughts that blame us, make us feel small, cause dissatisfaction and lead to resignation or excessive demands.
Making decisions, tackling things, taking a new path, taking a risk and putting all our eggs in one basket, deciding against one thing and for another – these are all things where we can block ourselves without realizing it. Subliminally, we may be afraid that we won’t achieve what we set out to do. If this is the case, we feel thwarted by a diffuse lack of motivation, a lack of drive or are torn between optimistic motivation and doubtful thoughts. There are numerous strategies that can work completely unconsciously to prevent us from taking action. These include, for example, distraction maneuvers in which we put other things first and immerse ourselves in something completely different. Then it just doesn’t come up again or we simply don’t have the time, even though we would love to finally do XY. Emotional blockages can even go so far as to trigger psychosomatic complaints such as headaches, stomach aches, tension in the neck and shoulders or sleep disorders. These physical problems then serve as a seemingly uninfluenceable circumstance that prevents us from doing what we would actually have liked to do.
But it can also be about mental blockages in quite banal things such as approaching a person we like. If you are inhibited, the flirting attempt will probably not be successful. You can put it down to your shyness. But it’s actually a psychological block because we believe we can’t do something or because we don’t value a part of ourselves and are afraid that the other person might recognize this when they get to know us better. So we use an emotional blockade to ward off any danger in advance and divert our path in a wide arc, keeping a safe distance from the destination we actually want and fear. In this way, we make absolutely sure that we don’t end up in a situation that seems uncontrollable to us.
The fear associated with the blockade contains certain beliefs about ourselves that restrict our scope for action. Although these assumptions are negative, they were created with a positive intention. The thought of not being good enough ensures that this person makes an extra effort. However, being good enough is then always attributed to the effort. The belief that they are not good enough as a person persists. This blockade must be overcome in order to be able to act freely and thus realize oneself. To do this, it is necessary to identify how or when the fear arose and why it is frightening for the person when they are inadequate.
So it is not adverse circumstances that prevent us from achieving our goals, but the mental blocks we carry within us.
If a mental block stands in your way, it prevents you from taking proactive action and making progress. Instead, you are slowed down or even made to tread water. This tells you quite clearly that there must be an emotional block. But recognizing what exactly is causing the blockage is usually much more difficult. This is because the cause of an inner blockage usually lies in the unconscious. However, it is not impossible to get to the source of the blockage on your own. And once the blockage has been identified, it is already half eliminated. If you know the reasons for the blockage, you have a starting point from which you can get to the root of the problem.
If mental blockages are ignored, they ensure that we always have the same negative experiences in the blocked aspect of life and, figuratively speaking, run into the wall again and again. Once the blockage has been removed, the path is clear to move forward in the previously problematic area of our life, to have experiences – especially positive ones – and to achieve things. This allows us to develop further and really move forward in life again.
Dissolve inner blockages
Specify inner blockades
This is exactly what we want to do now. Because you will see that the actual dissolving is no longer the problem. There are now efficient and convenient solutions for this. But it is about correctly specifying the hidden cause. How do we identify such a psychological blockage?
As described, there is usually an underlying fear. But which one?
Problematic fears are always general fears.
Example:
If you are blocked when making decisions, then either
- a fear of making decisions or
- the fear of making the wrong decisions.
But not: fear of never being able to make the right decision, fear of not being able to make a decision again, fear that the decision will take so long, etc.
But what can happen when the fear of decisions has been resolved and it is still not flowing freely, it is still blocked by the fear of responsibility or the fear of consequences. This also depends on how strongly they are charged.
This is exactly what we noticed in our 7 years of research, that the most strongly charged fears are the most general ones. Not the fear that someone else could trick me or the fear of being taken advantage of, but the fear of betrayal.
So think about what could be behind your blockade. Which fear, which fear, with the most general statement.
If you have a suspicion, you can then check it out in our free anxiety test. To do this, click on the blue circle at the bottom right of the screen. Simply write in the test the fear or emotion you want to check and you will be tested quickly and efficiently. The test works, it is based on unavoidable reactions. You can also use it to test several fears in succession. As you have seen above, these are easy to detect. If you are blocked from flying, check the fear of flying; if you are blocked from opening up, test yourself for the fear of closeness or the fear of opening up. If you have a “red rag” with rejection, look at the fear of rejection. With this in mind, identify the fear and check it in the fear test.
