Dissolve fears in just a few minutes
Firstly, fears can be treated relatively quickly nowadays, as there are many different methods that work to resolve fears at different speeds.
But: Before you really talk about the length of time it takes to treat a fear, you should be aware of the following factors:
– Fears are different for everyone. This is why the treatment takes a long time for one person and can be very quick for another. General statements about the duration of treatment are therefore incorrect and dubious (“resolve any anxiety within minutes”).
– In psychology, there are no miracle cures, miracle cures, or similar.
– There are big differences in the methods. There are methods with confrontation (where you confront your fear, so many people are afraid of the treatment), but there are also methods that come Get along WITHOUT confrontation! You can find more information about this below.
Another very important difference in the methods is that some methods can treat thoroughly and some cannot. This is because a major problem with anxiety treatment is if it is not done thoroughly. Because you don’t know how strong the anxiety/fear still is in you. This means that you cannot know how much you have treated or resolved. As a result, it can always happen that you think you’ve resolved a lot when you’ve only resolved a little. If you then stop and the anxiety is still strong (a lot of stress), it will come back and bother you again. It is therefore more sustainable and safer if you resolve the fear thoroughly. Yes, that is possible. You can find more information below.
Normally, you only deal with the fears strongly charged within you. This is also referred to as a strong fear, stress, or a high level of anxiety. For example, if you have a strong fear of losing control or a fear of not being good enough, then this is normally also strongly present in you. Otherwise, this fear would not interest you at all. And if a fear has a high level of stress in it, i.e. the fear is highly charged, it is not guaranteed to be resolved within a few minutes. There is also no remedy that will make you lose several kilos of weight within a few minutes. These are processes in the body that take time. Because lets not forgot what Wilhelm Reich or Arthur Janov found out, that these repressed emotions are inside our body as saved energy. So we have to get that out. That is just not working in minutes.
What are these stressful fears anyway?
In psychology, a distinction is made between two different forms of fear. The first is normal fears. These warn of dangers in situations. They are healthy, helpful and therefore do not require treatment, and without them, mankind would have died out a long time ago.
Then there are pathological fears. These are destructive, pathological (pathogenic), and require treatment; moreover, they do not warn of danger. In most cases, these are repressed fears; they were repressed into the subconscious, usually in early childhood between birth and 4 years of age. Since then, they have unfolded their many destructive effects. In english language this type of fear is named anxiety.
A fear from the past
If you feel strongly burdened by fear or another emotion (fear, shame, anger, sadness, hate, etc.) or if there is a strong blockage in you, then there is usually one or more repressed emotions behind it.
Where do these repressed parts come from?
They usually come from early childhood, between birth and 4 years of age. In this early period, the young being is still relatively open, vulnerable, sensitive and the mind has not yet developed, so it cannot easily “cushion” hard or stressful situations, rationalize them away, or offer alternatives, perspectives, or solutions. Accordingly, the external or internal reality can hit the unstable being quite hard. Be it through deprivation (deprivation of important basic needs such as recognition, affirmation, love, etc.) or never-ending fears of loss, existential fears, or other fears. If a fear or other emotion becomes too strong, so that it can no longer be integrated/processed, the emotion has an overwhelming effect on the psyche. This means that the stability of the psyche can no longer be guaranteed and therefore survival is no longer possible. An emergency situation has therefore arisen, which the psyche responds to with an emergency function. The overwhelming emotion is repressed into the subconscious. Everything calms down again and stability and survival are restored, but the affected person now has one more negative emotion in their subconscious, which now begins to have destructive effects.
Effects of repressed parts
As characteristics, all effects of repressed fears come with compulsion and are per se unconscious to us (at least up to a certain level). How strong the effects are depends on how strong the burden of the fear is or how strongly the fear is charged.
One of the main effects is that the corresponding fear is blocked, for which the defense mechanisms are responsible. The fear is excluded from consciousness and the world of experience. This means that there is no further development in this area of fear either. If a repressed emotion does enter the conscious mind, despite defences, the person usually suffers a brief but intense outburst of hatred and anger, because this repressed emotion was triggered by it, i.e. it was activated.
Every repressed fear or emotion has a stressful effect and is usually the sole reason for starting treatment. You can find out more about the effects of repressed parts here. Incidentally, the subconscious is not trying to hurt you or anything similar, but is simply signalling and indicating that you have something very harmful inside you and that you should heal it. If you don’t do this, the subconscious usually tightens the reins and the pressure, the burden, becomes stronger. How can such repressed parts be treated? There are many different methods of resolving fears. The best known is certainly the confrontation method. This involves confronting your fear, i.e. what you are afraid of. It is obvious that this is the least popular method, as you are afraid of it and want to do everything, but certainly not that. Fortunately, there are other methods that work without confrontation. For example, the Fear Therapy app. It doesn’t confront you, so you don’t need to be afraid of the treatment. The app also works without travelling back in time and is so simple that you can carry out the treatment on your own, from the comfort of your own home. The special and unique feature is that this fear can thoroughly dissolve fears. Thorough in the sense that the fear is completely dissolved and thorough in the sense that the negative cognition associated with the fear is also treated. That doesn’t happen otherwise.
This thorough treatment takes a little longer, but is much more sustainable for you. After all, if you were to just do it, you would stop at some point. But you can’t know how much is still inside you. So if you stop when there is still a lot in you, this anxiety will weigh you down again. So you’d better do it thoroughly. Compare this to an external skin wound. Would you just leave it half cleaned, but half dirty and half inflamed? No, you wouldn’t do that either, because it would be destructive. So don’t do that with your inner wounds either. The greatest difficulty usually lies in giving yourself a jolt and getting started. The rest is surprisingly easy. So it’s best to get started right away! Do you already have a fear in your mind? Then why not give it a try! Simply click on the blue ball at the bottom right of the screen. The anxiety test will then open. There you can enter your fear and you will be tested to see whether this fear is really in your body. (Repressed fears settle deep into the muscle layers, as W. Reich already proved). Good luck and good luck!
Illness is not a question of guilt. Nobody would be ashamed to see a doctor because of knee pain.
