Positive effects of resolved fear.
Negative effects of unresolved anxiety.
A life without any fear would quickly come to an end. Because our fear protects us from danger. Even though there are hardly any immediate life-threatening dangers lurking in our everyday lives these days, we are all familiar with the feeling of intense fear. This occurs in socially significant situations. An emotional attack that takes us by surprise or against which we do not dare to defend ourselves quickens our pulse and can feel as dangerous as if our life were at stake. Something different is threatening for everyone.
Everyone knows individual situations where they are helpless and have difficulty coping with the situation. Such trigger situations may make our blood run cold or make us boil with anger. But fear holds us back from reacting in our own best interests. We are paralyzed and something blocks us in the face of a challenge that seems too big. It is a fear reaction that wants to protect us from taking unwise steps. Physiologically, fear ensures that we can no longer think clearly. There is only the fight or flight mode at that moment. Of course, anxiety processes usually take place very subtly in our everyday lives. A fleeting thought about something that secretly frightens us, even if we wish we could, is quickly shooed away because it triggers an uneasy feeling of insecurity and anxiety. Because fear is unpleasant as long as we don’t want to deal with it.
As long as fear has us in its grip, we can’t fight it. And if we are honest, we would prefer to avoid it. Avoiding fear is a typical reaction, but in doing so we give fear its own space. If you always steer clear of your fear, you may have to make a bigger and bigger curve around it. Because fear is there to be felt. If we ignore our fear, it gets bigger. So we shouldn’t wait too long. Because this much is certain: ingrained fears that block us in a certain point or area of life do not go away on their own.
People’s fears are as different as they are. However, all fears, as different as they may seem, always revolve around very few topics, for example the topic of values or attachment/relationships. The topic of values is about evaluating ourselves. Often, external anxiety is not associated with this at first. But if you take a closer look, almost every fear or blockage can be traced back to it. Behind almost everything in our lives is the question of our self-esteem. Keeping this high is important for a happy, functioning life. We look for friends and hobbies that we like because we like them. Everything that pleases us, so to speak, serves our well-being and self-esteem. Everyone has had experiences, both positive and negative, which have shown that we feel good in situations that we succeed in and that we feel bad or small when we cannot live up to our own expectations.
Now, failing, making mistakes, making mistakes and having weaknesses are all part of life. However, it may be that a fear forms in relation to a specific aspect of life or certain situations. This happens as a result of repressed past experiences that we have not properly processed because we were unable to categorize them at the time. It is therefore about events that we have forgotten and to which we did not attach much importance. They have “disappeared” into the unconscious, but continue to have an effect right up to the surface, where we are unable to understand the purpose of their impact. And everything we don’t know is foreign. In specific situations, there is suddenly a diffuse fear that we don’t know where it comes from. That is of course scary and frightening.
So it’s about a hidden fear behind the superficial fear. So go in search of the unknown and identify or specify your fears. Because all specific fears can be resolved. As we also know from everyday life: overcoming a fear is a great feeling. You will know this if you have ever climbed high or jumped into the depths, ridden a ghost train or a roller coaster. Places where fear is overcome don’t just have to be amusement parks, swimming pools, high ropes courses or mountain bike trails.
Overcoming a fear is a great feeling, dissolving a fear is valuable and precious.
Persistent fears that are not resolved can get worse and prevent us from living our lives freely. Specific fears, which may even represent repressed conflicts, can cause various blockages. These are usually perceived as weaknesses and are preferably kept secret. And this makes everyday life even more difficult. If you want a more carefree life and a greater sense of freedom and inner peace, you should deal with your fears and then resolve them.
Anxiety often arises where, objectively speaking, there is no real danger. If you get to the bottom of the matter, you will learn a lot about yourself and, above all, come to the realization that the fear is actually not as bad as you thought. However, avoidance behavior is not an effective way of dealing with anxiety. On the other hand, once the anxiety has been dealt with, it is of course much easier to live without it. The quality of life improves. The understanding of oneself grows and acceptance can take the place of fear, which will have a positive effect on all possible areas of life, both professionally and privately.
Freed from blockages and the specific fear, you can go through life in a much more positive way. Because you have eliminated one of the main reasons for diffuse negativity. Being able to live a largely self-determined life gives you the chance to achieve a very high level of life satisfaction. On the other hand, being trapped by self-imposed fears often leads to depressed moods. Those who have resolved their fears no longer fall back into their old patterns of behavior.

Effects of pathological (repressed) fears (or other emotions) (excerpt)
The strength of the effects correlates with the strength of the stress (how charged the fear is/degree of tension) of the fear. If the fear is highly charged, the effects are correspondingly great. The effects are usually unconscious, i.e. the repressed emotion or cognition has been excluded from the affected person’s world of experience since it was repressed. Afterwards, there is no further development in this area. One of the greatest effects are the blockages to the corresponding topic. If someone has a strong, repressed fear of criticism, it will normally not be possible to talk to them about criticism. This specific fear is blocked. The blockages come from the defense mechanisms. These have the task of no longer allowing the repression into the consciousness (defense) and it is thus, as already mentioned above, excluded from any experience. If this does happen, this repression is activated and the person affected is triggered.
These defense mechanisms with their blockages now change the behavior and thus also the experience. As these are permanent, they create new structures of behavior and experience. This is why Wilhelm Reich said at the time of Freud: “Character is defense“. These are unconscious and come with compulsion. For example, if someone has a strong repressed fear of loss, the defense mechanisms want to avoid precisely this fear or the confrontation with it. The character is therefore formed in such a way that confrontation with this fear, even on a large scale, is as good as ruled out. For example, if you have an extremely thrifty (stingy) character structure and constantly save, you will most likely never confront the fear of loss. In this way, the fears of the defense mechanisms or blockages are widely avoided.
Another example: The defense mechanisms of the fear of not being good enough often ensure that you develop a perfectionist character. In this way, there are countless structures that the defense creates and thus unconsciously shapes and directs the character. The ultimate goal is to build a character that avoids confrontation with this fear per se in the long term.
Another effect that is also constantly present is stress. A repressed fear places a heavy burden on the person affected. This is usually the sole reason for seeking treatment.
These fears have an extremely strong potential to destroy one’s own life and relationships. However, as many of them are already within us, they also have great potential to improve our own lives if treated thoroughly.
We invite you to do so here!
Why? Why? Why dissolve fears?
Everyone has fears that weigh them down, some more, some less; some have them in this area, others elsewhere. Some people are aware of their fears, others are unaware of them.
You can deal with fears and their effects in different ways. On the one hand, you can fight the effects all your life , ignore them or try to cope with them. Ultimately, this doesn’t achieve much apart from temporary relief.
It is therefore smarter and more sustainable to spend only a percentage of this time dealing with the fear and then resolving it. Because once an anxiety is resolved, there are no more symptoms and therefore no more stress, defense mechanisms or similar effects! It is therefore much more sustainable, healthier(!) and more sensible. Furthermore, the effects of these fears are actually signs from the subconscious that there is something harmful there that needs to be treated. That’s what the psyche wants! Therefore, you should not fight the symptoms as if it were an illness. That’s what we call it, but it’s something that should be healed.
After 8 years of basic research into resolving such repressed emotions, we can say that there are many other positive effects of resolving several emotions, such as an altered basic state(!), more inner peace, more relaxation (also in the body), more energy, more freedom, more quality of life. Yes, a thorough treatment takes a little more time, but it is worth it for the reasons just mentioned.
There is nothing else that has such effects as the systematic healing of the subconscious!
